Harriet was 1 when she crossed the Tasman Sea on the family sailboat, and was aboard for all of the subsequent family adventures at sea. Trained to degree level in Marine Biology & Oceanography she has a passion for sustainable food production through regenerative agriculture. A core crew member for many of Hecate's projects she was  on board for nearly the entire Great British Swim. Trained as a teacher and science communicator she brings her sailing experience and environmental science expertise to the crew.
